Don't know if today is an unlucky or lucky day.

Went school early today for project, and as I drove into the school, I saw a car drove off in the opposite direction so I made a 3 point turn and occupied the lot. It was parellel parking but hahaha behind was a huge yellow box and I could just slot the car in easily and heng it's not on the slope. It's really funny lor, cos until now I am still quite afraid of the slope... Scared I can't balance it and the van will roll backwards, otherwise stall the van.. which is like super paiseh.

Then came home after lecture. I must say I like my lecturer a lot haha. Not important lah. Reached home about 15 mins past 5, and I was just in time to watch my show but so suay that when I wanted to take the lift and go up, the guy sweping the floor was under maintenance. Not one lift ok, BOTH the damn lifts were under maintenance. Poor mom walked all the way down and we went to Blk 13 to have dinner. Luckily when we came back the lift was working already.

Aiya ok let's call it quits.

Sighs it is certainly infuriating when one is caught in a massive jam, especially going home from one end to the other end of Singapore ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS RAINING. It's not a big country, but it takes a bloody hour for one to get home.

If some people drive more cautiously, obey traffic rules, signal earlier and with these, there would be less accidents which will lead to lesser traffic jams. So damn fed up with all the stupid reckless drivers. Serve them right for accidents to occur. Their license should be suspended for life.

Anyways, I'm thinking of taking up another language course but I don't know which one to choose ! German, Spanish, Italian or Japanese ? SIGHS ! If anyone is interested in taking any one of the courses I just mentioned, please let me know ! Looking for a friend to go with ! :D

What an unpleasant experience I had at the pool just now that caused me to be feeling terribly traumatised.

I will never swim there anymore !

And, how come when you need to talk to someone, the person is not there ? What an unfair, selfish, realistic and phony world.

After a good day out alone, and a good night's sleep, here comes the cold hard truth.

This morning I saw a letter from SIM and it was the transcript inside. When I saw the GPA, it's damn depressing la. A f$%^ing shit gpa of 1.8 ... This kind of tiao lou gpa also have sia... Walao. I lose hope alr la. The distance towards my goal is still so bloody far.

I still have to go school later in the afternoon for AMCA lecture.

KENNA PS-ed ! Not a very good feeling. I can't remember when was the last time I shopped alone, most likely like a year or two back... But this time round it's more like retail therapy, although I'm not really suffering from depression due to project or what YET.

It's quite bo liao lah, cos there was nothing much I did apart from getting what I want and go off. Cos I know that if I continue to see right, I will buy more things. But heng ah, I'm naturally quite stingy lol so I know how to restrict myself. LOL ! Ok, I'm gonna watch tv already.

Woke up at 8 this morning and went swimming half an hour later. You wouldn't believe what I witnessed cos I don't believe it myself either.. It's way too drama. But sometimes drama can happen in reality.

The pool was really crowded--- cos there were groups of kids learning swimming in the early morning. Then this lady, abit tomboy style haha she looked like the Singapore Idol that girl.. Can't remember her name... The quite plump one then slimmed down a lot one.. I think you know who I'm referring to la.. Yea, that lady was abt her size and both of us were in the deep pool and she went down first to swim and I was at right at the opposite end.

I tried spotting for shuai ges but then right, all were either uncles or middle-aged man, there isn't anybody you can refer to as shuai ges or good looking =X Ok I sound mean. :D

Then when I went down to the pool and tried to put on the goggles, it kept slipping away cos I applied too much sunblock LOL. Anyways, this is not the main point. While I was trying to put my goggles on, I saw someone struggling. It was her. She swam until halfway and struggled. At first I thought that she's trying to practise how to float in the deeper area. FYI she was not at the side of the pool. She was RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE. Then a moment later, I saw this swimming coach who was coaching the kids suddenly jumped into the pool with a big splash and swam to her direction and pulled her to the side... Then the lifeguard came =.= Abit late right ? lol. Lifeguard eat snake la.. You can see a few of them gather around and talk. hahaha.

Wah at that point in time, the feeling of "OMG ! SHUAI DAI LE !" came to me... 英雄救美 sia... First time witnessed this kind of scene. I was really impressed lol. Then at the side I saw the kids cheering and the exclaimations of woooo ahhhh wahhhh yayyyyyy !!! LOL. I think that lady also quite embarrassed cos she just hung on to the side of the pool and walked to the side and then after awhile she got up and went off. =X

Drama right.. But no lor, I related exactly how it happened... I almost talked to the person but then it'd be damn weird so I just carry on swimming. lol.

Finally finally finally !!!!!! Tomorrow I don't have to go to school ! But on Saturday I must :'(

So tomorrow... Sighs. Thought it would be a great day cos initially I would be meeting my long time no see sec school friend whom I just recently just got back in contact with... Yes, we agreed to meet to shop for a present but today she actually texted me and told me she has something on the last minute... which I kinda expected it a couple of days ago..... I was thinking maybe she isn't that ready to meet me or something... Cos needless to say, we haven't meet or spoken to each other for more than 2 years, I think almost 3... So it's abit awkward to talk to each other or what. Well it's okay anyway cos I would still be going to town alone to walk around in the noon.

I'm really troubled about the kind of gift that I wanna buy and give annch ! Sighs... My that dear girl thinks I own a money-printing factory/manufacturer and asks me for either an IPOD or a piece of jewellery. If that's the case I'd need to pray that money drop down from the heaven ! Anyone got any ideas ? It's her 21st bday.

Weekend is finally approaching... The past few weeks I have been going to school really early to do up those projects and now it's finally time for submission ! SQ is today and AMCA is on Saturday. However there are still like 4 more projects to chiong in the next two months, and the due dates are in fact really tight... And it's pretty scary.

Anyway, let's put this aside. The day before yesterday while I was looking through my blog and I saw E-ling's tag which made me burst into laughter cos it was really hilarious. Then when I clicked her link to her blog, she even shocked me with my picture in her blog. =/ Almost fainted. You can go to her blog here

Valentine's Day is the joy of love............

..... Where you see many lucky girls holding a bouquet of flowers or at least a stalk of rose in her hands....... I don't really like flowers so it's ok. HAHA. BUT I have 3 of them kept in my bag !

Of all these years I've celebrated Vday twice, but who says Vday cannot celebrate with a girl ? Hehe. My lover for the day was none other than JIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII !

Welcome MS KOH JS, first picture in the blog :D

I went to Chinatown to meet jii and the damn bus took a hundred years to arrive and reach Chinatown. On top of that the bus was a bit overcrowded and people with kids don't control them which was quite a nuisance cos they are really irritating bunch of devils. You wouldn't want to know what was going on.

Upon arriving, it rained for awhile and we walked to that Chinese restaurant that served superb chinese pizza and zha jiang mian. In all, we had an intake of 4 slices of pizza and shared a bowl of zha jiang mian. IT was fulfilling and fulllllllllll. We then walked around and decided to head to Central @ Clark Quay. Jii wanted to bring me to the red sofa upstairs to chill and zi lian but ended up with some nice stool-like chairs. Nevertheless we managed to settle ourselves in that environment and started to take pictures. Jii is always prepared and armed with her camera on hand. LOL.

Jii was so sweet that she made 3 roses for me and gave me some baked cookies that she and her friend did. The roses were exceptionally funny cos the straws fell off quite often ! See, the picture below shows jii trying to stick the straw back into the flower. lol.

After the zi lian-ing and shopping around at Central, we walked back to Chinatown to get jii a more decent looking top cos we were going to dine at Concord Hotel !

Off we went back to Chinatown and hunt for a nicer top. We ended up at China Square and jii bought herself a spaghatti top at a really affordable rate. Oh, before that while we were at Central, jii bought a pair of shoes and slippers. Then we went to the toilet and *sighs* took more pictures and she changed into her top and shoes. LOL.

When she changed and came out from the cubicle, I couldn't control myself and started laughing at her. I told her she looked like she was going to ECP to ride bicycle. LOL. When she put on her heels it made her look so zany. Then I told her in between my laughter, "Jii, you look like wearing heels to ride bicycle sia."

And then she started to act like she's riding a bicycle...

... Which made me laugh until I couldn't catch my breath. LOL. She was so funny. I told her something was missing and I told her that she needed the scarf that I saw just now at the same shop that was on display. That was quite cool cos I liked the scarf myself too. So we both went down and tried on it. The aunty was a bit irritating cos I tried to negotiate the price with her and jii was so quiet all the time I was trying to bargain... LOL in the end I gave in and paid 20 bucks each. Heh heh I got one for myself too !

Off we zoooooomed to PS by bus to meet my parents ! Initially we decided to have dinner at Prego, but the reservation slot was at 9 which was like quite ridiculous to have dinner at that time. So we went to one of the hotels there which my dad reserved a place for 4. We arrived there first, and went into the coffeehouse to wait for my parents.

YES yes yes, we never failed to take pictures again. With the menu, and all.... There were quite a few customers there the waiters and waitresses kept coming to us, served us bread and asking if there would be another 2 more people turning up. IT's like people kept gaving us attention as if we'd go off after finishing the bread. LOL !

When I asked for plain water, that idiotic philipina waitress asked me if I want mineral water and I ALMOST ordered it. Whew~ Thanks to jii who reminded me and saw the whopping price of $6.50 for a bottle of evian mineral water. Madness manz.

After awhile, my parents arrived, wah, like they were like the stars. I even heard the manager said, "Mr Loon is here". I was really worried that they'd dress up so grand and glam that it'd make us look out of the way cos both of us were dressed in shorts !

I dunno why some pictures appeared to be un-rotated but I did rotate ! We started to order the food and shared.

My dad ordered mushroom soup and tenderlion steak which was like damn nice !

We ordered a lot of ala-carte and they are shown below. FYI they are super super super super delicious and appetizing ! Food were fresh, and yummy !

CAUGHT ON CAM ! I asked jii to hurry take a picture of my mom zi lian-ing. The waitress also find it funny that my mom acted this way. *faints* Then jii told me,"I never see my mom like your mom like that before sia."

IT was a wonderful and fabulous Vday ! I enjoyed it the MOST ! And I think my dad is the luckiest man on earth... HE get to celebrate with 3 lovely ladies ! :D

Wah ok I think I'm so freakin stressed out figuring the excel thing for one of my projs that I'm even turning to listening the heart sutra and da bei zhou to calm myself down.

Damn stress sia. I'm so scared that I can't do a good job. AND we ALMOST took in a korean guy for this project. ALMOST. But we didn't cos he looked slack =x

Seriously, this sem I have like 4 totally different lecturers. Let me elaborate.

Firstly Business Ethics. I really dislike the lecture cos the lecturer doesn't express himself well, and also he links different things to the content. Bottomline is, I don't like his teaching style.

Next is Service Quality. That lecturer is super hao lian. She can hao lian her son to hao lian herself staying at Ritz Carlton in Singapore etc etc when giving an example. But her lectures are quite ok.

Then comes Marketing Communications. LOL. This lecturer is such a lao ti ko. He's really damn disgusting ! He looks like one of the MPs in Singapore but I dunno what is his name. I just had his lecture yesterday. I tell you what he said when he gave an example, and it's not that we want to think dirty but his example will make people think alternatively. He said,"You all got notice anot, men huh, like to smoke cigars to show off their "male-liness" (what he meant was masculinity), the cigar is bigger, broader and longer, the better it is. Men always like bigger one mah." Walao the entire lecture roared into laughter lor.

Finally, AMCA. I enjoy this lecture the most and I think he's the most practical and steady lecturer who gives good examples and he's quite funny. He had written textbooks with Michael Porter and another person. dunno who. HAHA.

Anyways.. I'm glad that today is Friday and tomorrow is VDAY ! Celebrating it with that special someone(s) ! I'll blog about it when the time comes. :D

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO ALL !

Sighs.... I'm not happy at all. I don't know why I'm always skipping BE lecture. I tried my best to keep myself awake and being attentive in class, but it didn't work ! I'm still out of the LT during breaktime. Gosh someone help me !!! I don't want to skip lectures ! I know that if I continue skipping BE, I will die in my exam !!! But the fact is that, I really don't understand what the hell is it going on and what BE has got to do with marketing ?! And the lecturer always associates irrelevant examples which I don't find it amusing at all !!! ARGHHHHHHHH !!!

*Big sigh*

Another thing is I don't regret going swimming at all yesterday cos I feel good about getting tanned BUT the damn tan is so sore that I can hardly lift my arm. In other words, I'm sun-burnt. I'm not black but red all over. Manu called me "crevette grillee" which means grilled prawn. Others called me lobster. =.= I thought it was quite bo liao cos I didn't know that I would be the main discussion topic of being sunburnt in french class yesterday. It's just sun-burnt man, get a life.

Yea and I applied tons of aloe vera gel on my very burnt skin... It hurts like hell. But I must admit that I love being tan than not being tan. Haha. I can't stand girls that are like super super fair with super thick make up... That is such an turn off. Anyways..... sighs.

HAIZ. Business ethics is such a bitch man. Why the hell do we have to take this damn module ?

I've finally gone swimming after donkey years ! Think the last time I went swimming was when I was still in poly year 3 with mak and serene. I think I didn't swim but just tan and it rained !

Feels really good to be exercising and at the same time getting a little tan..... !

Now I'm gonna follow my mom to the temple then come back and do a bit of reading up to prepare for project discussion tomorrow and later in the evening it's dinner time then off to french class !

I have a dream and I want to dream... BIG. But in reality, things aren't just as perfect. It doesn't seem as nice as what it is in the dream.

A few years ago I don't know why my friendship with one of my besties screwed up but obviously it was a moment of folly. I wanted to talk to her over msn... but I couldn't bring myself to do it and I stopped talking to her since then. To date I think we've stopped talking for almost 2 to 3 years. I really want to be friends with her again. I don't want to regret later in my life. I know she's just a friend, but she has been really nice and a good friend throughout secondary school life. Okay maybe we will not as close as before, but still if we are still talking, it's a good sign. I've decided to pluck up all my courage to initiate to talk to her.

Haha yesterday went to Sue Ling jie jie's house to keep San yi company as well as play with Pepper. LOL. Horrible Pep scratched my leg and I ended up torturing her. HAHA ! Don't report me to Peta ! :D I'm really nice to her cos I massaged her and I kicked her when she scratches herself , twirled her around when she was lying flat on the floor and let me rest my legs on her ! Somehow I think she enjoyed those activites quite alot cos she didn't seem to get back at me hahah.

Then I played "Guess which hand has the food" with her. She kept guessing the wrong hand ! She doesn't seem to be scared of me even when I raise my voice at her. She'll give me the "who cares" look. =/ =/ OK she's my bestie and I love her truck loads ! :D
